What Form of payment do you take?
I take credit cards through Google Checkout or Paypal to the email address email@example.com. You can also use eCheck or pay from your Paypal balance. Electronic payments must be sent within 48 hours or making a purchase (with e-checks clearing within 7 days). If paying by check, all orders will be held for 7 days after receipt of a check payment for it to be cleared by the bank. I reserve the right to refuse any check orders that appear suspicious for any reason. Checks must be received within 10 days or the order will be canceled. All orders will be held until payment is received regardless of payment method. Orders paid by money order will not be shipped until the money order is successfully redeemed.
When do you ship orders?
I ship by Priority mail everyday, unless it is a holiday or the post office is closed for the day. I will inform you by email of any delays such as severe weather preventing me from sending orders on time. I will also notify you by email when the order was shipped and send you the delivery confirmation number so that you can track the shipment. If you sent payment via e-check to PayPal it must clear before I will ship your order. I hold mailed personal check payments for 7 days before shipping. Orders paid by money order will not be shipped until the money order is successfully redeemed.
Can I get insurance on my order?
I insure all shipments of orders totaling over $50 for an additional $4.50 US Dollars. If you're order is less than $50 and you would like it insured please contact me so that I can the $4.50 insurance charge to you check out total.
Orders that will be shipped outside the United States will be the actual cost. You will have the opportunity to see the actual shipping cost before you finalize your purchase. Any overcharge on shipping will be refunded back to your credit card. Insurance is optional at Buyer's expense for shipments outside the USA. Send an e-mail to sharonmossh @sbcglobal.net and request an insurance quote. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected shipments outside the USA that are not insured.
Can I return my order?
If you are unhappy with your order or if it arrives in any condition you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How are the Beanie Babies shipped to me?
Beanie Babies are shipped within the USA by Priority Mail. All Beanies will be shipped with hang tag protectors and inside a plastic bag to insure that your Beanie Babies will be delivered to you mint with mint tags. I will email you the delivery confirmation number so that you can track you shipment and know exactly where it is in the shipping process and when it will be delivered to you.
Shipments outside the USA will be by First Class International Air or International Priority Mail.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We try to ship orders with 48 hours. Most orders should be received within four days of placing your order because I use first class and priority mail for shipping.
If you need to receive your order quicker, please send an email to us before you place your order for the shipping charge for EXPRESS MAIL DELIVERY.
Shipments outside the USA will be shipped First Class International up to 4 Pounds and Priority Mail Internation Mail and can take about 10 to 14 days to arrive.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes, we ship outside the USA. We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. We can also ship to other countries besides these but you will have to contact us by e-mail in order to complete the transaction. Insurance is optional and at the buyer's expense outside the USA and is not included in the shipping charges. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to request an insurance quote. We will not ship items as "gifts." Nor will we understate the value of the items on the shipping forms.We are not responsible for any custom fees charged by other countries. Custom or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
What if I receive a Beanie Baby and it is not mint?
We will exchange any Beanie Baby which is not mint with another mint Beanie Baby or refund your money if we no longer have that Beanie Baby in stock. We will also cover all the postage costs involved with the exchange. We only ask that you first send us an e-mail at email@example.com and tell us of the problem before you ship the beanie baby back to us.
How do I know the Beanie Babies I receive are authentic Ty Beanie Babies?

Do you ship to AFO/FPO addresses?
Absolutely. However due to the distances involved in shipping to many AFO/FPO addresses it will often take longer for your order to arrive than shipping within the continental US. I will email you with the estimated time to deliver that USPS gives me. You should order using the US Mainland shipping option.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Of course. When you order there is a box for notes in checkout, you can leave a note there letting me know you would like your order gift wrapped or email me at email@example.com. I can also include a card if you let me know what you'd like to be written on it. If you're emailing, please don't wait long to let me know, I'm likely to have already packaged it and have it in the process of shipping it out to you.
